All Clients:  Please read the description for the service you select.  I have the right to refuse service if incorrect service has been selected upon service day.  Ex.  Do not Select Retwist service when you do not have locs.

Consultation is required for Free Form Locs, Starter Locs, Color Services.

 This is an online booking service – When booking services or ordering products ensure you get the order success screen after paying.  During checkout it will indicate on the screen if order failed or was created.  If payment fails or other issues (displayed on the checkout screen), money will NOT be pull from your card, services will not be booked or products will not be ordered and sent. Contact support@dreaddoctor.com for booking issues.

A deposit is now required for all appointments.  Deposits will be deducted from your total amount at checkout.  Taxes will be calculated and added during checkout.  Your deposit will be ($50) or 50% of your service.  You will be charged the full amount of service if you fail to show up for your appointment or your appointment is not canceled/rescheduled at least 36 hours in advance of appointment.  Repeat/continuous no shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of service.  All cancellations must be done online only.  All phone calls or late cancellations will result in full service charge.
